day 3 of my water fasting feel really tried trying to motivate myself to do something to get my energy level up instead of just laying around maybe try to go into work for 5 hours not feeling I'm hungry so I guess that a good thing
70.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
