Hanging in there. Fighting hunger pains today for some reason. My work day menu is usually sufficient and I don't vary it by much, so I'm not sure what the deal is. I didn't work out last night. We went to see Avengers Infinity. I actually laughed out loud at the end, I couldn't believe how bad that movie was. I love a ton of the Marvel movies but this one really went off the rails for me. Way too long, no character development, too many CGI fighting scenes, blah, blah, blah. I really just wanted it to be over. We were going to stop by Rubios after the movie but it ran so long that they were closed. So, I threw together a couple of chicken fajitas over the broiler and went to bed. Maybe I didn't eat enough last night and that's why I can't get rid of the rumbly tummy today? I'm not sure but I need to figure out how to get enough fuel in me to be able to get in a good workout tonight, without going over on calories. Bathing suit weekend coming up at my friend's annual no labor day party.

Interesting 8Patty, I'll have to look and see if I ate an unusual amount of carbs the night before. Ty! Thanks Glen, it will be fun! This is the 3rd year he has hosted it and I was 20lbs heavier the last two times. Looking forward to not having to "hide" under shorts or not get in the pool at all.

I have the same experience as 8Patty regarding feeling hungrier the next day or so if I overdo the carbs or artificial sweeteners. I think what constitutes "overdoing" varies for different people. It's all a journey of figuring out what works for each of us individually.
