Maybe I can do better this time and keep logging food. As long as I log what I eat it helps keep me aware of how much I eat.

Great attitude Tigerangel (and I like the name). Keep track of it all, the good and the bad. If you feel bad entering foods you know you shouldn't be entering, then you are doing it right! Keep that habit going and soon you will just start making better decisions.
