I have followed this diet perfectly! Looks like it is all paying off. I am following all the rules and I have only 27 more pounds to go!

79.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 13.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.4 kg a Week
