Why am I so bad at maintaining? It was a whirlwind of a weekend. We dropped the kids off at the Taylor Swift concert and went to a brewery. Went low carb with chicken wings, ribs and caesar salad. The Mr. got a beer flight and I liked 7 out of the 10, which is crazy because I am not a big fan of beer. I got Taco Bell for the kids, they were so hungry after the concert. I ordered a burrito, felt guilty, got home at 2am and put it in the fridge.

I ended up eating half of it for breakfast on Mother's Day. That was definitely a first! We were out on the patio playing cards and my husband asked me what I wanted to do afterwards, and I chose a walk. The weather was so beautiful. I made enchiladas, beans and rice for my in-laws. I'm worried about his Dad, he is looking pretty bad. He has lost almost all of his sight. We ate dinner with them and then went to the Blink 182 concert, which was so fun, we just booked tickets for their Las Vegas show in November. I ate trail mix and had wine, and still woke up 2 pounds lighter. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I just don't know why it's so tough for me to stay at 125. I either over shoot it or go too low. The Mr. is still trying to lose, so keeping the meals low carb, I guess I just need to eat a little bit bigger portions.

Tonight: chinese chicken salad
Tomorrow: beef/sausage meatballs with coleslaw.
