Decent weigh in today at 215.2. I think it will be a good week! I have a wall calendar with 4 weeks on it, but I just started it over... Picture is somewhere....

Looking at my weight history, this last month looks like a hot mess. I have been hovering around this weight a month. We have 2 special events (Donna Bday & July 4) that put a hurtin on it. Looking back I see something similar in March I believe.

I am a lil obsessed with my journey, but hopefully in a healthy way. I just want to make sure I am making progress. Sure, with the bike rides my muscles are getting stronger, especially in my legs. I can feel that, and even my butt is shrinking. Even some movement up top (arms and chest).

Hopefully with Ramadan, I can focus and have a good ramp down on my weight loss history like I have had a few of, like in May. This is what I want. I now understand what the people who are "done" or on "Maintenance" are going through. Hopefully when that day comes, I can be the man and change gears.

Yesterday was semi-nice. Long bike ride in the AM. Decent breakfast, maybe too big (Bike ride makes my hungry!), then a decent lunch with a protien shake for dinner (after nap). I was not hungry, so it was not deprivation, but it did fit in the calorie scheme just right.

Anyway, off to do the homework I have mentioned the past 2 days. Its due today! Class tonight too!

I hope it's a fantastic week in Bahrain, J. Isn't it crazy how hungry idling makes you? I try to et before my ride and get a nut butter sandwich or nuts during the ride if it's over an hour or two. That helps the hunger afterward. But you're DOING it. Keep up the GREAT work and enjoy class!
