Well I’ve been up here for a while so I might as well make it official not sure if the weight gain is due to muscle LOL probably not but maybe or fluid retention from not moving much or who knows what have been pretty good with my macros so I don’t really know but I’m in terrible pain with this heel pain after I got the Cortizone shot I was hoping it would be better but oh my God it’s extremely painful right now could hardly hobble around I managed to grill a very rare fillet which was extremely yummy but I didn’t have the wherewithal to take a picture of it just picture a super rare yummy juicy 6 ounce filet and that’s what I had done eating until tonight‘s plan to snack time to hit the books again I have a theory exam for my RCM music test this weekend🎹🎼
95.2 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
