Wow, the exercise has really speed up the weight loss. Did not think it would happen this fast.

Started program June 2, 2012 and lost 7.5 lbs by July 13, 2012. I have met goal weight of 160 pounds.
I have exercised every day by walking 45 minutes at a fast pase, or equivilent amount of calerie burning exercise. This has been my new key to weight loss.
I have previously learned how to eat sensibly through "PRISM" program that my wife participated in.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
