Went into the forest and lost some water weight I think.
I guess I know what it takes for me to lose weight--LOTS OF EXERCISE.
Hiked about 40 kilometers over 4 days and ate pretty much whatever I wanted.
Now...how to replicate that into a daily life routine...? Sigh.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
