not been a great weekend for food choices but back on the path of good choices. I have even brought a packed lunch to work 😲 plenty of fruit and veg to stave off the hunger pangs at 11am and 3pm and plenty of cordial instead of tea
114.7 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
