Missed meals and stress. Gotta love it.

My first week back from vacation is always stressful. Not only do I need to take care of two week's worth of work that had accumulated, I have to do the current week's work as well. And deal with whatever crisis that pops up on a daily/hourly basis. Then take into account all of our client commitments that all seem to have the same deadline date - it seems endless. ☺ But, it's not making me sick so I'm good with the loss.
