Hooray, I figured out how to get my account back! I had lost my password and created a temporary person (Katydidi)But now I'm back to the original.

So good couple of weeks, avg. almost 2 lbs a week. I'm tweaking my eating, now that I can finally sense the difference between cravings and hunger. It is a process, indeed.
Tomorrow I'm going to measure to see if I've lost any inches.

Off for my lunch, which today will be eggs & bacon and some avocado. I gave up doing bullet coffee; I really didn't like it. Now I do tea, this morning Twinings Earl Grey, with 1/2 tsp Xylitol and a tsp of MCT oil. Perfect.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
