I took my vitamin D test yesterday… Pending results I can’t wait to let go of some of this fat in my diet🙏

49.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 3.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
