I have not been tracking everything I eat because I thought I was doing better at picking healthy stuff and the right amount but I don't think I can stop counting calories carefully. I think I have gone over my goal limit a few times and am not tracking sodium, fat, carbs, etc the way I need to. I haven't gained or lost any weight but until I went for my walk this morning I felt heavier. I know I am not, I haven't changed in weight or shape in a few days but when I don't think carefully about what I eat and relax from exercising (my knee dislocated Friday so my walks got reduced quite a bit) I FEEL heavier, I feel "fatter" and I feel worse about myself. By the time I walked from the bus station to work today (1.33 miles) I already felt better about myself. Not because "I knew I was doing the right thing" or any of that either. My muscles feel tighter, my heart rate is up, I feel more alert and awake. I can tell the difference internally when I slack off for a few days and that's what gets to me and makes me feel down on myself.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
