I kinda made a whoopsie for my 21st birthday, my dad took me to Las Vegas for 3 days and I did not record anything. But I weighed the same when I left and came back so I guess it’s not so terrible. We walked more than I have all winter so that might of helped. Back on track though! Did an hour of cardio and I feel great 👍.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
