Up today. 216.8

216 is a number that I will hate, and probably forget soon.

Wife decides to make dinner, that I dont want at all, and now I am gaining weight from this. I have a plan, and it does not include dinner with the family with gobs of food.

Anyway, today I am not grateful.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
