I'm so glad I'm finally Getting my weight loss in motion. eating less and moving more that's all it is. I don't starve myself but instead of two sandwiches I have one. instead of driving to the mail I walk. instead of sitting In all weekend I spend it outside walking around or hiking with the dog. I'm so excited to see what changes this summer.
