Wow! Incredible to lose 1.4 lbs despite ToM coming up in a week and a half! I'll see next week what happens.

I can't help but reflect on all the extreme diets that are supposed to maintain health and weight (mostly vegan and keto/paleo/HFLC/no carb). I read websites about these diets because having to deal with hypertension, I am bound to be interested.

But I can't help thinking that eating well, cutting out junk and moving around a bit helps to promote health. I am not sure going into extremes works for most people. It's good that it works for some people, though. At the end of the day, doing what works for you is the right way.

I really don’t want to be that vegan but I’m going to be for just a minute. Being vegan is an overall lifestyle change not a diet u try for a couple of months or a year. To most people it’s not about losing weight it’s about standing up for the horrible and barbaric ways animals r treated in both the meat and dairy industries. Ik everyone is different and all but personally if I can have a burger that no one has to die for I’m going to chose that burger and if I can have a slice of cheese in that burger that no one has to get rapped for so that they started producing milk and then have their children stolen from them after birth I’m going to chose that slice of cheese. There r so many delicious alternatives today that u really don’t have to give up anything being vegan u just have to switch it out for something that is vegan. I’m not trying to shame u or be rude or anything I’m just trying to give u a little bit more information that’s all hope u have a wonderful day :)
