I had a lot of fun the last few days eating and drinking things I haven't had since the first of the year. Now that these cravings are out of my system, I am back to being healthy. I did notice that my aches and pains came back, eating to many carbs and the crazy yummy cake. Moving forward.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
