I use the scale and it’s saying that this no carb thing is working good I went so long eating fat this and low fat that none of that worked this Hugh Hackman Wolverine shit feel good it is so hard to eat 1200 calories and drink all this water I’m encouraged wow
79.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
