Well I just came off my cycle and I've gained a lb over the week no my eating habits were thrown off there was a birthday party and a date night but I've gotten back on it and I look forward to seeing my scale drop once more. I was looking at pictures from a month ago and I can see the difference in my face from the weight I have lost. Super excited to continue on with my goals now to get to 220 and I'm going to do a happy dance.
