I gained a pound this week. Of course it’s no surprise since this weekend I ate everything that got in my way - pizza, chips, popcorn, dip, ham and cheese sub, chocolate and cookies. Such stupid decisions but I’m back on track now and will try to do better this week. Shaking the dust off and moving on!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
