Must have had too many carbs for refeeding after my 72 hour fast. Most like the sweet potato. Otherwise I only had bone broth smoothy with half a small avocado. I am focusing on micronutrients right now working on restoring my immune system and good bacteria after course of antibiotics for my sinus and tooth infection. I also had a square of 89% chocolate which doesn't have many carbs. I watched a lot of YouTube yesterday on natural healing logging some on myfitnesspal.com but not here. Too much to be logging both sites but the give different info. Also I reset my password for nutritiondata.self.com and that site my be the one that I focus on because it has micro nutrients and anti-inflammatory index. While I am logging and watching YouTube informational videos, I am CHOOSING not to eat and really not thing so much about food, and keto really helps. I noticed that I was hungrier after eating the 1/2 sweet potato with grass fed butter and ended up having the other half last night around 8 which may have helped me sleep but is also most likely responsible for my gain today. Still kudos for me for not eating sourdough bread and butter or lemon minibite.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
