169lbs!!!! i feel soooo much better!eating right and moving more,lots of water.less stress.i just am lighter and more confident whn i see a 6 in the middle of my 3 numbers!really feels great to be back on track!
got a couple grandbabies for a few days.their parents' air went out and it is going to be 105 today.long as grandma has air and cartoons we r good.
hope the whole fatsecret world is as happy as i am!

i weighed in and fatsecret said at that rate it would take me 3 months to reach my goal! HAHA.but thanks.i do feel good.CONGRATS to you on your accomplishment!!!!

Those Fat Secret messages after our weigh in's can be either encouraging or discouraging. The other day I weighed & the message said that "at this rate" you will reach your goal in 3 months. Today Fat Secret told me I will reach my goal in 6 months. I guess my "rate" slowed down a bit. Whatever! Let's not let the "little message guy" here at Fat Secret discourage us - okay? Love ya!
