Thursday and I'm losing again!


I tried to get back into the mind game on my birthday, and so far, I've succeeded. It really does seem to be a switch you can turn on and off in your brain. Mine had been in the off position for far too long and I'm a year and a half behind. At least I didn't gain back all of my lost weight, thank goodness!

My oldest daughter and my only natural granddaughter are coming to visit today. I haven't seen them in two years, so I'm really looking forward to it. My daughter hasn't seen me 50 lbs lighter yet. I hope she'll be able to see the difference. I wish it were still 70 lbs. Darn! But, I'll get there again soon and even lighter. I want it a LOT!!!

I'm still working on getting the house in order, inside and out. It's amazing how little time it takes to grow trees and brush where there were none. I've gotten about 1/4 of it cut down. We have a burn ban in place right now, so it will be awhile before I can get rid of it. The ACTUAL temp today is supposed to be 104F. It was over 80 when I got up at 7 a.m.

I'm off to get to work, inside when it's so hot, outside when it's bearable. Today is definitely an inside day.

Hey girl nice to see ya back..its never too late to get back in the swing of things..This next week be a tough one for me to stay on track being at the beach..but I am sure I can burn a few of the cals off swimming and such..Enjoy your visit with your family...:O)

Hey Bon Bon! YAY!!!! You are back and lost 2 lbs too! Good job, lady! I really want to get off weight ... I have been gaining and losing about 7 lbs. It's time I got rid of it and kept going down, right? I am focusing hard on being grain free at the present. It's as Primal as I can get at the moment. I love food. HA HA! I have been eating bread and battered fish for about 4 months. I have sworn it off... (unless Micky decides to make his homemade batter). That is the only time I will eat grain and there is no danger of that any time soon. It's time consuming and he is back to work and not feeling his best as his eye is bothering him a lot from his cataract surgery. WOW... stay active and keep cutting down the overgrowth. Don't do it in the heat... I just can't believe how hot it is there. We are going to be 91 degrees today according to my weather widget. Supposed to get hotter as the week goes on. We haven't had rain in ages. I am hauling a bucket of water out to all the new bushes and trees as I can. I am so afraid of draining the well. Have a great day. Hugs!
