Amazingly...my relationship with food has been a lifetime of deceit. Stuffing my face with mouth watering satisfaction every day and night, going to bed usually with an uncomfortableness that should have concerned me, but yet the food had such a power over me that I also suffered from amnesia too!
I am not going to lie...food has been my best friend and my worst enemy since the 5th grade when I realized that two big bowls of ice cream were way better than one...and I gained 35lbs that summer going into the 6th grade.

I truly love all the stories of each one of you. Helps a great deal.
