After one week of steady losses, I gained half a pound. I will not hit the panic button because I ate really clean, probably the cleanest I have yet but I did eat late...chicken breast, salad, pear, 1/2 a sweet potato. I also drank 3 pints of water so maybe its just overall volume. No worries, let's keep the train a rolling!
