Did 20 min of moderate to high cardio on the treadmill last night without causing my blood glucose to crash later in the night. I will try longer duration this afternoon and see what happens. Will also lower my basal insulin rate some more. Already dropped it from 22.4u/day to 17.2u/day since starting Atkins on the 11th of this month (June). My bolus insulin is way down from an average of 25u/day before Atkins to 3.5u/day on the controlled carbohydrate program of Atkins.
