Still didn't weigh, measure and track food or exercise yesterday. I did go to the gym and did 30 minutes on stationary bike. Also my food choices were low carb pretty much. I wasn't hungry after getting through the morning carb burn with a tablespoon MCT oil and a tablespoon of half and half in my coffee. I ate some pork rinds for a snack and for lunch had leftover homemade sugarfree pulled pork with sour cream, salsa and a new wrap sold by Lindora. For dinner I did have some leftover cauliflower with cheese in a wrap and a slice of sourdough toast with butter later at about 7 for a snack. So I my was down today. Again, praise God for a clean slate food wise today. Last night it rained hard and my daughter's clothes which she left outside not in shelter got soaked. She was over earlier but didn't think ahead to put her things in shelter then but expected me to go out in the rain to let her in the yard. There was a time I would have but I have been choosing to say "no" to her making her choices my problems. When will she ever learn if I keep bailing her out? It's hard to set hard boundaries and keep them firm. Some may say I am wrong. I don't know. She may come over today and take care of her problem but not in the middle of the night. We've been expecting rain and hoping for rain for days in So. Cal.
