don't you hate when your up late and theres a movie on. that you wanna watch and then all of a sudden you get hungry .. I hate that. ugh. then I'm looking on Amazon to seen what is the best scale to buy that weighs body fat along with my weight that isnt pricy. ugh. does anyone know any good scales or are they worth it

Scales can’t help with but as far as late night eating.... try Quaker caramel rice cakes. Delicious and only 50 cal 😊
