Today's my weigh-in accountability and support at TOPS. It looks like I will have a weekly loss of over a pound. Last week it was 6.2# so a pound this week too will be awesome. God is good. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. It really isn't so much about the weight--it's about doing the right thing. God help me today. Give me the wisdom to choose wisely.
