I'm all out of points and I feel satisfied right now. It is 6:00PM. My plan for the rest of this day is to stay hydrated and take a nice hot bath to sooth my weary body. Yesterday's work-out has made me stiffen up a bit and I am feeling tired today. Yes, some hot tea and ice cold water sounds pretty good about now. The marshmallow dive was my tired self mindlessly diving head first into the bag. Those 8 points could have been spent on substantial not empty calories. What is done is done. I will learn how to avoid this pitfall in the future. (Sigh).....As my buddy calls them, (Weekends) are Weak Ends... What do I do one hour later? Sure was more then drink some water and tea. So much for my plans...lol.
