Keto/Low Carb: this drenched in locally homemade blue cheese dressing was my post- workout lunch.
Organic romaine, red onion (prebiotic), cucumber, avocado, dry rub chicken ( 4 oz) applewood smoked 🥓, tamari roasted pumpkin seeds.
