I planned to lose 10 Kg this year. Only 15 to go.

There must be something missing... Can you think of anything outright that could be hindering your efforts? Way of eating, exercise, time spent sitting, stress, hours of sleep, etc? A lot of things can affect weightloss and overall health besides diet, maybe something is slipping through the cracks.

Hey Meadow Mist, thanks for your support. I had few tough weeks, I ended my relationship and I guess gave up on eating healthy and focus on what I was doing. I hope I can get in track soon...
