I been using different videos on YouTube for my workouts. One of my favorites is
Hasfit. I love their workouts!

Thanks for the heads up. I just took a peek. I'm at that point where I want to incorporate some real workouts besides just brisk walking.

You're welcome. I like them! I did a 39 min full body yesterday and I didn't think I was going to be as sore as I am today! Lol but it's all good. No pain no gain right..Good luck I hope u enjoy their workouts
