I was pacing back and forth wanting to dive head first into the chocolate cake laying on my counter compliments of my husband. I grabbed a huge glass of water and am now drinking it while I am typing my feelings down to talk myself out of what is an emotional hunger. Monday's are stressful for me I have noticed. Back to the old grindstone and when around negativity it is easily absorbed. (gulp)(gulp)(Gulp) ...Deep breath, paying attention to my state of mind and now I feel better so not to lose control. Whew!
