I have 28 days until graduation. This crazy MSW stress is almost over!! (I technically won't finish grad school until August, but my summer classes are for my MPA and that masters is significantly easier.)

I am so stoked!!!!!

I want to figure out if I can NOT gain weight from now until graduation. I would ideally love to lose a pound a day and get to 136, but that is just not realistic. Given my two internships, my classes for both masters, and being solely responsible for household chores since I live alone... that is not going to happen.

My plan is to no longer get fraps as an afternoon snack, no longer have crazy meals full of fat and carbs (like cheese fries and wings), or crazy snacks during these last few weeks (like eating pita and hummus before bed).

I want to lose a little bit of weight every day. I would love to lose 5 pounds by not eating my stress away in this last stretch. Even if I just don't gain any more weight, that would be a wonderful success.
