ROM (Range of Motion)is a new term I learned and now I understand this is what I am working on with my personal trainer as I feel every muscle in my body, Ouchy! As the Marines say, "Pain is Weakness leaving the body"! OHH RAH!! These 10 PT sessions were given to me and I definitely will appreciate the gift as I have never afforded myself the opportunity to learn about circuit/weight training. I want to go into my 50's super strong and to become a MPH, (Mommy Power House) lol! I will stick with these sessions and do my best. I will stay motivated by surrounding myself with inspirational people. I am happy with my choices for January 2010 and am looking forward to the "Lose 10, Less More, Challenge for February". TOWANDA!!
