Day5: UGH. Didn't sleep well, and woke up with MAJOR headache at 5:30AM. I am thinking that the lack of water as well as not eating *enough* carbs is the potential cause (I was out of veggies yesterday and only had 16 net carbs).

So, took 2 tylenol and ate a 2 egg omelet with sausage crumbles, cheese, onion, avocado, tomato, and felt WAY better. Not sure if the Tylenol kicked in or if I just needed some food with carbs in it.

Followed the program all day (perfectly!) and ended up with 22 net carbs including the out to eat meal....HOWEVER. I had 2 cocktails (sigh). That pushed me up to 45 carbs for the day so I probably destroyed my induction progress.
