the mug is by a lady down the street...no website. She teaches locally. Husband is extremely talented with metals/welding. very cool couple:)

I saw your site! You have a lot of instructors. 

Funny the internet, now I'm looking at Elaine's wedding pictures. She has an incredible ceramics resume. I wonder if she would sell me stuff. She has some neat projects from school. 

i'm not sure why people think dieting means an empty plate! you need to be eating the right foods. I eat around 1300 calories yet am full after breakfast and lunch and often dinner! My lunch consists of Tuna, Spinach, tomato, cucumber, chick peas, olives, olive oil, some nuts and figs... i love much lunch and lunch boxes!  

@gotmotivation its because the unhealthy things they want to eat lead to incredibly small portions to reach the same cal content. You can eat a ton of the right foods. PS I LOVE LUNCH too! 

I think the one thing, that strikes me most related to diet on here, is that it is very difficult to compare one's situation on here to another's situation. Why experimentation with what works for you is SO important. If you notice, in my case, I can eat a lot because of my metabolism, but I would never tell others how they should eat. I can get fat too, so I do have guidelines. We help each other, but we ALL have different metabolisms, and circumstances.
