it has been hard and rough sticking to exercising since i started working in September. week before last week i was so proud i had fun and did three days of about an hour of just dance kineck on my xbox. then following week my monthly started and i got super depressed and no motivation. after working this weekend im going to try and start again on mon doing the dance or some sort of exercise. im so close to my goal plus i wanna get lower to 125 . working, mother of 4 , and keeping up with just everything , plus i love to crochet, exercising hasnt been my every day thing like it was. however im going try and do three days a week.
