OK I went over my calories today. it has been hot and very humid and today was just ugh. so dinner was sandwiches and chips and ice cream. one good thing is my ice cream servings are much smaller than it used to be lol. so im proud about that. but it just was too hot and I was tired and yeah excuses lol tomorrow i will do better and I'm loving these Bob Harper workouts!!
