i didn't eat much or drink a lot of water today, or even get to do my fifth day workout today for this week. my man was off work and we had a busy day. my anxiety was high, which makes me sick and i cant eat much. we went to a motorcycle event that is huge in my town. plus i got to ride again with my sweetie! i actually wore shorts and tank top , and i never wear that because of my weight and not feeling confident enough. he assured me that i looked great and so i went with that and remind myself not to care. just enjoy myself. so it was a step forward for me.
