Day 28 Whole30: I am nearing the end of the Whole 30 meal plan and I didn't really expect to stay on the plan for the entire plan. I've enjoyed being off of the sugar and wheat and will continue to focus my eating and work on staying off of the sugar and wheat. I feel so good getting up in the morning and throughout the day, which is something I don't want to ever give up. It will be interesting to see how much weight I have lost. Two days to go!

word of advise...dont do what I did. Have a plan when you are done with your whole 30. I didnt and I gained much of my weight I lost back. It sucks for me but I learned. ALWAYS plan. BTW good job doing the whole 30. It isnt the easiest thing to do! I felt amazing after mine. Just keep up eating healthy

How did you ever get totally off sugar. I am addicted. I am good about all meals but fail with after meal snacks of sweets.
