Day 15 Whole30: I'm half way into this 30 day plan and I feel good. I haven't noticed any drastic changes, however I haven't missed the sugar. Who knows, I may not eat sugar again. The big test will be the next three days. I will be traveling and have to eat out for all my meals. I've cooked each meal myself these past fifteen days. I'm actually looking forward to the challenge.
