i went to the dr cause i hurt my foot, i weighted in at 212, 2 years ago there i was 197. i think the 212 is a little high cause i was fully clothes and it was after breakfast, etc. but still, that's a gain of 10-15lbs over two years. i really put these extra pounds on in about the last year. it is super frustrating because i eat well and rarely eat fast food, but obviously i have been eating too much. i have been making efforts the last few months to stick to tracking and no snacking however, i have not been able to keep it up consistently because something comes up, i skip a day or two (mostly just tracking, i overall eat more healthy that not) and i don't get back to it. i do not want to keep going up and really i would like to take some of these extra pounds off. i have taken up swing dancing and it would be nice to not have to haul so much of myself around... that is a different motivation than before. good news is my blood pressure was 112/64 so i am in good health generally. i usually dance 4 times per week sometimes for 3 hours - i sweat my face off - and i have taken up cycling more too but all that activity is not helping me lose weight, so frustrating. now i am worried since i hurt my foot and need to rest, that i will easily plump up even more with less activity so i need to not let this happen. my goal is to track track track. i need to know what i am doing here. i just seems like i can gain so so easily. so my goals now are to track, no snack (if necessary, healthy snacks only) and limit drinks (like i have been doing). i really want to lose about 40 pounds and honestly i really cant imagine it right now. its hard for me to even drop 5 or 10.... but i need to get the positivity back. i can do this, i need to have faith.

The more patient you are , the quicker you will heal and then you can get back to your dancing which sounds fantastic :)
