I still have one more potluck to go to this weekend. I'm going to stay away from recording my weight this week and just work extra hard on my food intake and exercise next week. I completed my Curves x4 this week and week 2 of the sit-up challenge and added an extra dragon boat practice yesterday. Maybe I'll go again tomorrow. I think I'm slowly gaining more energy and desire to exercise but still need that extra push once in awhile. I've got a lot more weight to loose, but I'm proud of how I've done so far.
