A better morning than yesterday! I had an appointment this morn. Then went home and i busted out 52 minutes of billy blanks tae bo amp! Im so freaking in wow with myself! I did it that long! Whole workout! I kicked butt! Now lets focus on my water and my food intake. Also again my fiance buys more sweets last night, but i was strong and i have not touched them ice cream sandwiches lol
Wish he wouldn't keep buying temptations.
Anyways, i did awesome this morn, and i feel great!

Its ok. I guess its better being in freezer out of site rather something that sits on counter like brownies lol.
