didnt follow WW at all today - both kids have the flu (one with pneumonia) - so i am a bit overwhelmed right now - back on track in the morning!

Wanted to check in on you... I'm so sorry you've got a sick house, especially with your kiddos. That's the absolute worst, I'd take being sick over then any day. =( I know how you feel as far as being overwhelmed too... I usually just focus on one thing like getting my water in and let the rest slide. That's the beauty of a lifestyle right?! By the way, congrats on your great WI a couple of days ago... that's a great loss!!! You're doing really good and being aware of food over the holidays is so important. Now you'll be able to enjoy but not over do it. =) Hope everyone is feeling better today.

Thanks! The boys are back at school this week - and everyone is healthy, thank goodness! Hope you are doing well too - back on track this week for sure!!
