先日おにぎりせんべい食べましたが、小さくなってたような気がします(T-T) 美味しく一袋あっという間に完食でした!

I can't see anyone laughing around about this matter. It is seriousproblem, indeed! The nutritional value of the GMO produce has diminished, it is hard enough to find some good quality food for acceptable, or most importantly√ affordable price. Apps like this one are great platform for monitoring what the so called "middle class" is capable to achieve in time of a crisis... It is not the place to talk about.

As you say, I also think that it is extremely difficult to find "safe and secure foods" when there are so many foods, including genetically modified foods, that have the potential to have a negative impact on the body in the future. I believe that because it is difficult to avoid toxins in food, it is important to "eat a diet that maintains the body's self-purification function." Specifically, I believe that "eating foods that are good for blood vessels" is the key to maintaining good health.
